10.0I had an amazing stay at Blue Karma Ubud. The room was beautiful and truly felt like sleeping in the middle of the jungle—you wake up and fall asleep to the sounds of nature, which made the experience so peaceful. The breakfast was one of the highlights of my stay. The set menu offers a great variety of delicious options, and the coffee was excellent. I’ll genuinely miss it! What really made the stay special was the warm hospitality. Everyone was incredibly kind and welcoming, especially Dian, Ari, Agus, and the rest of the team—they all made me feel at home. The hotel is peaceful, with a lovely rice terrace next to it, and it’s just a short walk from Pyramids of Chi, making it perfect if you’re planning to attend classes there. I also loved that the hotel offers wellness activities—I joined a yoga class with Dian, and it was fantastic. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat in Ubud.
− The only thing to keep in mind is that you’re surrounded by nature. At night and early in the morning, you’ll hear geckos and other jungle sounds, and occasionally footsteps on the roof from animals. If you’re a light sleeper, this might wake you up—but it’s all part of the authentic jungle experience, and I actually came to enjoy it. Also more lighting in the room would have been better the light in the room is a bit dim in the night
