Excellent, a real gem.

I travel a lot, all over the world and this was simply the best stay I have ever had anywhere; from the spotlessly clean (thank you to the supporting cleaning staff) and so comfortable accommodation (bed was amazing) to the exceptional welcome and hosting by Nhi and her lovely mother. I was given great recommendations and information of the local area by Nhi, who was also so thoughtful to check in with me to how I was doing throughout the days. The property is ideally situated to explore Hoi An Old Town, An Bang Beach or walk / cycle to and through the peaceful rice fields. I had a lovely breakfast in the morning and also did the cooking class which was itself a fantastic experience going to the local market for the produce prior to the class. This is a real gem and I will definately go back if I am ever in the area again, thank you again for a wonderful stay.

The owner, Nhi, is so a wonderful lady. Smart ,warm heart, consideration. Runs her homestay as a dream ✨️ . Her lovely mother is a huge plus.

Et virkelig hyggeligt homestay. Vi fik det fedeste madlavning-kursus. Og en rigtig god gennemgang af vietnamesiske grønt

så hyggeligt et ophold hos de bedste værtinder. Nhi har været meget hjælpsom med info om Hoi An , omgivelser og transport. Nhi’s mor på 86 deltog med maden og underholdningen 😄 Nhi kunne hjælpe os med en billigere transport.

My husband and I absolutely loved our stay at Charming Homestay 😊 Nhi and her mother were wonderful hosts, and as soon as we arrived, we felt right at home. Nhi had some great food options for us, and she was very quick to help in case we needed anything extra. She also hosts very fun, and delicious cooking class! The room itself had everything we needed, and the bed was extremely comfortable. Probably the best we've ever slept in, as it had a very thick mattress topper on it. You are also in a great location with plenty of restaurants around. It's within walking distance to the old town, but also close to the rice fields and the beach. Although on a busy main road, you can't hear any noise in the room itself. Overall, 10/10 recommend Charming!

Comfy bed and welcoming host who was more than helpful and who had great knowledge and recommendations. The location is fantastic near the rice paddies, easy to get to the old town, beach or elsewhere. So you get a good balance of busy vs chill

なんといってもオーナーのNhiさんの心配りが最高！まるで自分のお家にいるような心地良さ。お部屋もとても清潔で快適に過ごせました。近くにはローカルな飲食店もたくさんあり、お散歩も楽しめました。
