9.0Breakfast was excellent as well as the location of the hotel as it was easy access from/to the MRT and City Hall. All the staff were very professional and friendly and were very happy to assist us in making our stay pleasurable. We thank David (concierge area) who was informative, very friendly and showed us not only how the new MRT system worked but also anything else we needed to know. Aso a five star mention to Liza (our buffet breakfast waitress) who was very welcoming, had a great manner and nothing was too much by providing a friendly service and making us feel at home.
− Our first room we were provided had a balcony where the mini bar and tea/coffee facilities were on the balcony outside of our room which meant everytime you needed a beverage you had to go outside. We were pleasantly surprised when we mentioned it to the front desk they kindly let us have a pick of one of two new different rooms and decide which we would prefer to be moved to. We were very happy with one of the rooms we chose and had a wonderful stay for the 5 days were were there.
Good location and excelent staff, but I was expecting more from Kempinski at that amount for a room!

9.0L’emplacement est parfait ,dans le centre près de tout les objectifs touristiques
− Nous avons reçu une chambre au dessous d’une zone de travaux . Nous n’avons pas apprécié le fait d’être installé dans cette zone d’hôtel sans nous prévenir qu’il y a des travaux surtout quand tu veux te reposes après 12 heures de vols . Et l’accueil a essayé de nous expliquer qu’ils ne savaient pas , ça dénote un vrais manque de management !
