− The staff was not friendly or welcoming. The TV didn’t work and they didn’t care. We said we needed a factura on all charges prior to being charged and never recieved one. The maid service walked in 3 times without knocking first. They said there was a shuttle service but in the end there was not. They said our extra charges were for the taxi and when we caught the taxi and tipped him at the airport he got angry because he said we didn’t pay when we were charged the service at the hotel. It’s definitely not a luxury hotel but the location makes it worth it. We wouldn’t stay there again. Many other options in the same location.
