My stay was comfortable with a very pleasant environment. All my requests were handled timely.
8.0The location was ideal for me. It is close to grocery stores, such as the organic market minutes away and easy access to the Tube and buses. The staff are amazing, especially Cherelle, who assisted me with my baggage and invoice statement upon check out. As well, and importantly, my bed was very comfortable.

Not good value for money.
5.0Location, size of apartment. The apartment has a washing machine which was handy for a long stay.
− We stayed for 16 nights for a work trip. Rooms are only cleaned every 8 days with no towel changes during that time. The curtains are filthy. They charged GBP25 for a clean set of towels. Outrageous. They have upright fans for cooling, no aircon so it was very hot in the bedrooms overnight.
