8.0Great hotel, well-maintained accommodation, and a very convenient location close to LIV Hospital, shopping malls, and nightlife. A special shout-out to Kaan, the Front Office Supervisor, who is an absolute superstar! He genuinely cares about travelers, goes above and beyond to find solutions, and makes guests feel truly taken care of. Highly recommended, especially for the outstanding staff and exceptional service!
