A whole lot of little things.
6.0We are not very picky about our hotel stays but there were several things here that just weren't great. The location is good, close walk to PIM1, 2, and 3. But we all got only 1 card per room which was on occasion tricky. The second day our room was not cleaned, while our kids were 'bothered' at 8am to have their room cleaned before we even left. We had to remind them to get our laundry. We had to ask for extra toiletpaper multiple times. Just a whole lot of little things that were not very well organized. The staff was very friendly and trying hard but it eas just not our best experience.
