2.0Booked this room a few hours before we came. Called the number to confirm our arrival. No one answered the phone. Texted and called on their regular phone as well as WhatsApp - no replies. It’s showing left on read. No response. Drove to the address - the neighborhood is a scary and absolutely not safe. Kept on calling them and knocking on a locked gate - no luck. Waited there for an hour. No one showed up or answered the phone. Tried getting a refund - they said “the policy is that you have to check in 72 hrs in advance before arrival”,then the question is why Expedia allows to book same day if that’s the case??? DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE - ITS A TRASH!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND the only reason we booked this crappy room was because all the hotels were sold out due to a sport event. Ended up driving very far to a Strawberry Hill Hotel.

10.0We are very appreciative of all the special concessions you mad to accommodate our band. Thasheca and Kevin, it was a pleasure staying at your apartment. We have two other future reservations already booked. We are on tour and will come back to Kingston twice before going back to Europe. Blessings and many thanks.
