9.0It was easy to reach, lot of free parking space, spacious hotel with nice rooms. Good stay for visiting Zwolle.

8.0Fun swimming pool and good general accessibility. Excellent breakfast options and a lovely terrace with good food adjacent to the restaurant. The children had fun and the cleaning staff were attentive and friendly.
− Some staff (front of house) a little cold; very business-hotel-feeling. The family room was not a true suite; in the sense that it was one giant space and not separate spaces. Paying deposits for basics like bath robes; for the price paid, wasn’t great.
