9.0L’hôtel était sympa, à côté de deux centre commerciaux, métro à2 min, le service de chambre est de qualité ils sont aimables, le petit déjeuner est bien mais pas trop varié, on ne comprends pas pourquoi ils prennent de caution alors que d’autres hôtels ne le font pas. La nouvelles mosquée est impressionnante,

7.0The toiletries in the room were excellent.. spacious High safety very clean rooms
− The room was fully prepared however the rest of the facilities not that much especially the spa zero respect for appointment time but the service is excellent. Didn’t pre-inform about the damage deposit 200$ although they had the decency to reply my email and I met in person with the guest relationship personal now 5 days after I had left the hotel and I haven’t received the deposit yet! They informed us on paper about the fire drill that will be held on one day and the next day we had another fire drill without our knowledge where we got stuck in the elevator! but they offered us tea! brushed it off like nothing happened. The corridor between rooms on floor five smelled bad! all those small things made my visit unpleasant
