Rude front ladies.
4.0For the price, its location is pretty good. However, the front ladies do not know how to talk to the customers. Some of them told me that your Russian is very bad, others just yelled at me when I was talking. I understand the frustration when they talk to the customers who cannot speak good Russian. However, I still believe that they should talk to the customers with a polite manner.

8.0Отель чистый, простой, без излишеств. Номер был бюджетный, без окон. Было душнова-то, приходилось открывать дверь в коридор. Хотя и предупреждают при заселении, что курить нельзя, в туалете временами тянуло прокуренным запахом. Стоит отметить замечательные завтраки: есть выбор из 4-х видов, все очень сытно и вкусно. В номере есть чайник и чашки, что также было для нас приятным дополнением. Слышимость с соседних номеров, действительно, довольно ощутима, но у нас были спокойные соседи, поэтому сильного дискомфорта это не доставило. Положительныи моментом была близость к метро. В целом отель для бюджетного отдыха рекомендую.
