10.0Location is amazing. Right on the beach. Near fishing village - fascinating. Great staff. We stayed in private bungalow. We loved every minute and will be returning with our grown children whom we are sure will love it as well.

8.0エアコンがきかないくて、ルームチェンジしたけど、今度はエアコンが切れなくなった。 何度も面倒なので諦めて、そのまま泊まった。 スタッフは、とても親切でフレンドリーでした。 この後、ヒルトンに泊まったけど、また泊まるなら、こちらのホテルがいいです。

10.0Gut ausgebildetes und zuvorkommendes Personal. Die gesamte Anlage ist mit Liebe Gestaltet. Top Lage am Strand. Frühstück der Oberhammer. Kulinarisch waren beide Restaurants auf top Niveau. Hab nichts zu bemängeln. Wenn ngapali beach , dann gerne Wieder pleasant view Hotel. Beste Erholung ever

10.0This hotel/resort was literally perfect, and I could not have enjoyed it any more than I did, Ngapali Beach, and my time there, was extremely pleasant. The hotel and its grounds are immaculate and extremely well taken care of. I would return in a heartbeat!
Plenty of room for improvement
6.0Friendly and welcoming staff, but room for improvement. The restaurant options are poor and expensive. Breakfast is basic. The rooms need a bit of an update given the price of this place.
