10.0This hotel has a great location with a friendly staff, a great waterfront bar & restaurant. Really hard to beat.

8.0We stayed here 2 nights. I wish the staff when reservations are made ask if we had a senior citizen with us. We were on the 3rd floor and with no elevator (which we didn't know) and a 88 year old lady, it was hard for her to come and go. The stairs are narrow and steep.
