2.0I DO NOT recommend staying at Socialtel Quito. When I arrived, the staff informed me that the hotel would soon be without power. The place felt like a ghost town—nearly empty, with only a few staff members around. None of the listed facilities were available, and breakfast was not offered, despite being advertised. It was clear the hotel is in the process of closing, yet they are still accepting reservations without warning guests about the situation. The uncertainty and lack of security made me feel unsafe, and I decided to leave after just one night. Travelers deserve transparency and basic services. This experience was disappointing and stressful. I hope others are warned before booking here.
Amazing experience for the value!
10.0I stayed here for my last day in Ecuador and it was just what I needed to relax before my travels home. It was so clean, comfy and modern. The bed was so comfortable and the hot shower was incredible. I had everything I needed. I got a delicious welcome drink that was included and snacked on some amazing empanadas from the restaurant. It was quiet and safe in the hotel. Everyone was friendly as well. This is one of the best hotels for the value I've experienced.
