9.0Great location to be able to reach key attractions on foot. Staff were very helpful providing a map and directions.
− There was a sign in the lift stating not to bring food or drink from outside into the premises despite only providing breakfast facilities. This is also the only hotel throughout our travels through Turkey where we had to pay for water in our room and it was also not replenished in the fridge during our 3 day stay.
Everything was great, staff friendly and helpful, room very clean. If Aircon working, 10/10
8.0Everything was very good but we had trouble with the Aircon as it was set for every room from what we were told by staff. The only Option was to open the Window which wasn't comfortable as we invited noise onside the room. Its frustrating that you have aircon in the room but can't control the temp as its set for all room by the Hotel.
− The Aircon unit as it was set for all rooms by the Hotel. Aircon temperature should be set by room and not Hotel as its was hot and only option was to open the Window.
