5.0Clean bathroom. Good cancellation options which you may want to use after trying the first night.
− Very noisy, the location is just next to a big noisy road with all night traffic, check the map. If your room faces the street you’ll need good earplugs. Uncomfortable bed with gigantic pillow. They may give you a single bed even when you choose double bed when booking as one person. They see the choice of bed as a special request they can reject while it appears to the booker as a confirmed choice at the time of booking. The room was super hot with a heater you couldn’t turn off.
We felt at home from the moment we arrived.
10.0We would like to thank the staff of Pera Life for making our stay in Istanbul so memorable. They really went out of their way to make us feel at home and welcome. We ran the Istanbul Marathon and the staff came in early to prepare our breakfast. We even started drinking tea - which they made for us every time we returned from a day out. The location is very central and close the buzz of Galata. What a great place!

10.0We had a lovely 9-night stay at Pera Life Hotel! We had requested and confirmed a room with two separate beds in advance, but due to a previous guest’s cancelled flight, it was no longer available. The staff handled the situation really well and kindly upgraded us to a much larger triple room at no extra cost. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable, with great facilities and regular housekeeping. The location was excellent, just 5 minutes from Galata Tower, close to the metro, and within walking distance of the tram and Karaköy ferries + Having a small grocery shop downstairs was also very convenient. The staff were very welcoming, especially the gentleman working the night shift. Overall, a great experience, and we’d happily stay again!
− Honestly nothing negative to mention. Everything was well taken care of our room upgrade, we didn’t experience any noise issues at all and the staff made sure we had a comfortable and pleasant stay.

10.0Breakfast was always fresh and ready when we stepped in the cafe. Turkish breakfast with variety day-to-day. They would also make or attend to whatever we would ask for. We wanted more hangars, they brought more. The shower valve was stuck, they replaced it quickly. The location was perfect for us since in the Galata area but an easy walk to transit or across to the old town. What made the stay for my wife and I exceptional was the STAFF! They were always attentive to our needs, questions.
