9.0We stayed july 11-16. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, we felt genuinely welcomed and cared for. Our holiday was simply wonderful, and this hotel played a huge part in making it so. Everything—from the beautiful beach and delicious food to the friendly atmosphere—made our stay unforgettable. A very special thank you goes to some amazing people who made a real difference during our vacation. Mohamad, who looked after the 2-block Housekeeping area, was absolutely fantastic. Our room was always perfectly clean, beautifully prepared, and he was always smiling and asking if we needed anything. His kindness and attention to detail made us feel at home every single day. A huge thank you as well to Ahmad Omar and Amr at the Diving Center. They are true professionals who made every dive enjoyable, safe, and full of fun. Their passion, patience, and friendly attitude created memories that we will never forget. We are also very grateful to Khaled from Guest Relations. He was always approachable, caring, and genuinely interested in making sure every guest had the best possible experience. It's rare to meet someone who takes such pride in looking after people. And of course, thank you to Abdo at the Sentido Beach Bar. His positive energy, warm smile, and outstanding service made every visit to the beach even more enjoyable. He always remembered us and made us feel like friends rather than guests. The people working at this hotel are what truly make it special. Their warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality turned a great hotel into an unforgettable experience. We leave with wonderful memories and can't wait to come back. We wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing holiday with exceptional service. Thank you to everyone for making our stay so special!

10.0Sahile yakınlığı ve temiz olması oldukça güzeldi . Garsonlar çok kibar ve hızlıydılar. Yemek çeşidi oldukça fazla . Ama özellikle bizim için her an sorularımıza cevap verebilecek bir görevli sunmaları çok güzeldi . Ve her sorumuzda ve sorunumuzda kibarca ve nazikçe konuşan Halit’e çok teşekkür ederim 😊
