A security deposit of €300 is required upon arrival. This is deposited in cash or as an authorization on the credit card. You will usually receive the refund upon departure. The damage deposit will be refunded in full after the property has been checked and no damage is found.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
