− Several power outages causing long delays on cooling and television. Also, not allowing any visitors makes this a non option when visiting for family. I rented the room, people should be able to come to visit me at room during reasonable hours.

1.0I saw the place it looked filthy and the staff was extremely rude and I ended up not staying I ended up at a place close by and was very happy with the other place.

− My experience with the customer service of the Booking.com app was unacceptable. I booked a non-smoking room (the price is irrelevant), but upon arrival, the manager said that only smoking rooms were available, and that I would have to pay an extra $10 to get a different room. This is outrageous, and I request that this hotel be removed from the Booking.com list.
