Historical charm
10.0The hotel exterior is historical and the interior modern but keeping the historical charm. All the staff were very nice and accommodating. Highly recommend. We will definitely make a return stay.

10.0Such a beautiful hotel. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. So many great places to visit within walking distance. The only negative is the lack of parking, but would definitely recommend staying at The V!
Fun and enjoyable
8.0Wonderful hotel and great staff! Only minus was when I went to make coffee in the morning, the water from the sink was completely cloudy. Besides that, the roof bar was cool and the lobby was inviting. Unique elevators and the rooms were huge with a great layout! Aaron at the valet was super nice and helpful.

10.0Always love this special spot. Such a good vibe. Enjoyed some live music We’d evening for a cocktail as well.
Great luxury feel and experience
10.0Location was perfect to be in Downtown Springfield. The atmosphere was quiet, peaceful and great design. Very artsy and high end feel. The room was comfortable and very clean. Would stay here again and would recommend to friends and family.
