8.0It was really nice, we had 2 rooms for our family and one of the room had a private hot spring (I think they only have it in the first floor). When you’re booking it’s better to book the rooms in one name if you’re planning on multiple rooms, so that way they can put you guys together but it was fine because we got one room with an Onsen. They also park your car for you because they have their own parking space and they give back your keys at check out.

10.0子供2人連れて宿泊。荷物は車で到着時スタッフの方が手伝ってくれて子供の相手もしてくれました。部屋は最上階の部屋で宿泊でマットレスも適度な硬さで快適でした！夜ご飯は近くの松美食堂さんで、朝食はホテルで美味しく食べました！値段がかなり良心的だったのですがサービスもよく満足してます。

Amazing stay
10.0Amazing stay. The gentleman at the front desk who spoke great English was lovely, he helped us with everything and was also attentive during our kaiseki dinner, helping explain everything. We had a tatami room, it was nice, the bathroom a little dated, but the onsen was fabulous. The outdoor onsen was beautiful. Loved our stay here and can recommend it to anyone.

Hot springs access available from 1:00 PM to 5:30 AM.
