4.0− The reception time was incorrect on the website. Said it was open until 6pm and then received message at 3.24pm on the day of our check-in advising that reception closed at 5pm. I replied to the text advising that we would be arriving just before 5pm. We got to reception at 4.50pm and it was closed. We were going to have breakfast at the cafe on site and the note left with our keys said that the cafe would open at 7.30am (website said 7.00am) and when we arrived at 7.30am the sign on the door said the cafe opened at 8am!
Got locked in the pool area at 445pm - staff keen to knock off. Good stay apart from weird smell in apartment

− Had to pay more for all the extras that the kids wanted to do. Unit had a weird smell Pool area could use an upgrade and proper heating of the spa and pools rather than solar

− Bathroom is very small hard to get dressed in it.Fronr porch last going down is highet than othets and easy to fall. I think it is actually illegal meant to report it before I left but in the rush I forgot. Very danderous.
