10.0Зручне розташування готелю, персонал привітний, допомагає, якщо є питання. В номері чисто, постільна білизна і рушники чисті і білі. Поруч є аптеки, заклади харчування зі смачною їжею, трохи далі продуктові супермаркети Billa і Lidl, багато маленьких магазинів з їжею та одягом. Також поруч дуже добра транспортна розв'язка (трамвай, автобус). До центру Софії - 30 хвилин пішки. Коли виселялась на рецепшині був Джордж - дуже привітний чоловік. Дякую всім співробітникам готелю за добре ставлення до мешканців!
− Було б добре, якщо в номері був би маленький висувний столик. Але для проживання 1 - 2 днів все добре.

− We found 2 spiders in the room and the mattress was quite uncomfortable.

1.0I made the booking for my aunt and uncle. An old couple which was staying in the hotel while looking for an apartment to rent in Sofia. On the second day of their stay the staff steal from their luggage left in the room 1200 euro ( the money they neede to pay rent a few months for the future apartment) . No action were taken from the staff and the manager of the hotel to ivestigate who was the guilty for the robbery.

8.0The hotel was close to the metro and not too far from the center by foot either. The room was decently good.
− The air conditioner was extremely loud so we couldn't sleep with it on at night but the room became warm quick so we had to wake up multiple times at night and wait 5-10 minutes for the room to cool down again. When we tried to use the cups provided in the bathroom we found a hairy soap bar in one of them which wasn't very pleasant.
