− Staying here was quite frustrating given the lack of basic preparation. Despite cleaning not being included, we arrived to find barely any toilet paper, no showel gel, no prepared towels, and a meager 5 coffee capsules provided for two people over a 5-day stay. Having to constantly beg the reception for bare essentials made for a very uncomfortable experience (which was not provided in the end). Basic supplies should be standard.
Good to know
The property can only accept chip-and-PIN cards for pre-authorization. The card used for the pre-authorization and any prepayment of the apartment rate must be the same. The Property will require a photo ID (passport or drivers license) the card used to make the booking upon check-in.
As a guarantee against extra charges/damage fees, a credit card number and/or pre-authorization may be required at check-in.
Please be aware that Marlin operates a strict no-party, no-gathering policy, guests who are believed to be hosting a party will be removed by our 24-hour security team and charged in full for their booked stay, security costs and will be fully liable for any service recovery costs in relation to other guests/residents.
Please ensure you include all guests on your booking, and choose an apartment with enough beds for all guests. If you arrive with additional guests or require an apartment with a sofa bed and have not booked one, extra charges will apply.
Should the maximum number of people per apartment be exceeded without authorization, guests will be charged a penalty.
