Replacement location apartment
7.0Lovely property, clean, modern, and spacious!
− It was a replacement property for the one I had booked, I was contacted on the day a couple of hours before check in to say the original apartment had been flooded so an alternative was offered. The original apartment was a 2min walk from the music gig I was attending, the new location was about 20-30min walk away(or an £18 taxi).

Tranquilo y bien comunicado
9.0A pesar de estar algo alejado del centro, el alojamiento está muy bien comunicado con autobuses, metro y tren. Se tardan unos veinte minutos en llegar a la Torre de Londres, y la parada de autobús está justo enfrente del edificio. Las habitaciones son tranquilas y cómodas, y la cocina está equipada con todo lo necesario.
− Por poner una pega, el suelo de la habitación crujía un poco y había que pisar con cuidado si te levantabas al baño o a la cocina por la noche para no despertar a nadie.

Clean, comfy and convenient stay
9.0Very satisfied with my stay, clean and comfy apartment. Friendly staff
− The apartment was very hot on arrival, we had to try and cool the rooms down by opening the door and windows. The heated towel rail was burning hot so we had to turn it off.
Good to know
The property can only accept chip-and-PIN cards for pre-authorization. If you have booked a rate that is paid in advance the same card must be presented for the pre-authorization on arrival as was used for payment.
The cardholder must match the name on the booking and the cardholder must be present at check-in and show a valid photo ID (passport or driving license). If you are not able to provide this, you may be re-charged on a card you do have present upon check-in, and the original payment will be refunded.
Please make sure you include all guests on your booking, and choose an apartment with enough beds for all guests. If you arrive with additional guests, or require an apartment with a sofa bed and have not booked one, extra charges will apply. Should the maximum number of people per apartment be exceeded without authorization, guests will be charged a penalty.
Please be aware that Marlin operates a strict no-party, no gathering policy. The lead guest must be at least 18 years old. All guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
For bookings of more than 1 night, failure to check-in by 09:00 on the day after your booked arrival date, without prior notification that you intend to arrive at a later date, may result in your reservation being canceled.
