2.0Expedia took my money for the booking but there was no response from the property via messages or telephone and after taking a taxi to get there the place was closed. Need a full refund- how can Expedia still take the money if the property is not operating????

6.0The chalet staff didn't seem very organised and weren't sure if there would be a cook to prepare food for us. The pool wasn't cleaned for use and things were a bit disorganised. The property is pretty remote with nothing nearby

Value for money with great service
10.0Enjoyed our transit/short stay. The host was very kind, helpful, informative and accommodating, even letting us leave our rental car on site while we were doing the safari. Nice setting, enjoyed the food too. we could definitely have stayed longer if we had the time. Highly recommend it.
Quite accommodation
8.0This accommodation is clean and calm. There is far from the city center, but they provided transportation. Also staffs are kind. I think wifi should be better.
