8.0La receptionniste tres sympa par contre le veilleur de nuit ne mérite pas du tout sa place par exemple le premier soir il m'a accusé à tort d'avoir picolé alors que j'etais debout depuis 4h du matin et que je n'avais pas bu d'alcool lorsque je suis rentré à l'hotel à 22h30 ,j'aurais du faire venir la police pour me faire souffler et vu que s'aurait été négatif j'aurais pu porter plainte contre lui pour calomnie et ce matin jour de notre départ il n'avait pas préparé notre petit déjeuner ce qui fait plusieurs fautes graves qui doivent etre sanctionnées par un licenciement immédiat afin de ne plus nuire à la réputation de cet hotel

2.0Hotel was dark and closed when I arrived at appr. 6 pm. Nobody answered the phone either. Had to find new accomodation.
