− La neteja i les instal·lacions de les habitacions són molt decepcionants. Fan una forta olor a humitat que no et deixa ni dormir. El preu és caríssim per la poca higiene de: catifes, mobles (sobretot del llit), cortines, humitat...Amb el preu que costa podrien invertir en mobles, neteja i manteniment de lavabo i ventilació.

− I honestly wanted to like this riad because the staff member who welcomed me was very kind, friendly, and helpful. Unfortunately, my experience with the property itself was extremely disappointing. The room was very dirty. I’m highly allergic to mold, and the room had a strong moldy smell that made it difficult for me to breathe. I had to leave to get some fresh air because my allergy was getting worse, but when I came back, I had the same reaction again. The room was also extremely dusty. There was so much dust on the bed that I could wipe it away with my hand. The bathroom was not clean either. Even the toilet was dirty, and when I cleaned part of it myself with soap and toilet paper, the paper turned black. That was very concerning. I ended up putting my suitcase in the room and leaving almost immediately to stay somewhere else because I didn’t feel comfortable sleeping there. The location was another disappointment. Although it is inside the souk, I did not feel safe as a solo female traveler. It was very crowded, and I personally did not feel comfortable walking there alone, especially at night. I always read reviews carefully before booking, so I expected a much better experience based on what I had seen online. Unfortunately, the reality was completely different from the photos. My only positive comment is about the staff member, who was genuinely kind and respectful. However, because of the cleanliness, the mold, and the location, I cannot recommend this riad, especially to solo female travelers or to anyone with allergies or who values cleanliness.

10.0Estaba en todo el centro de la medina, muy limpio, desayuno espectacular. Muy amable el servicio. Sales andando y vas a todo lo imprescindible que hay que visitar, y vas andando a cenar al restaurante barco en el rio!.
