7.0The room was comfortable. I liked the bar and pool table. It was close to the metro
− There was a lot of building work going on and it felt like a lot of the staff were preoccupied. I have stayed at other social hubs and felt very well looked after. I felt like I was an inconvenience wanting a drink or dinner. The staff were testing Audio for a private event then hosting an event and made it very clear they were short staffed

The total amount of the reservation may be pre-authorized any time after booking. The credit card used to make the booking will be charged with the total amount of the reservation through an automatic payment system. For non-refundable bookings, this will be charged directly after booking. Flexible bookings will be charged 24 hours before arrival. Cash payment is not possible at the hotel.
