10.0Most picturesque view I’ve ever had from a hotel room in Spain! Studio 307 had a Juliet balcony with a cracking view of Cala Llonga bay with the crystal clear waters and pretty sailing boats.
Bad start
8.0Asked to pay again at reception when we checked by a very rude lady! Showed her the email detailing my full payment and explained I had already paid - her reply " no you haven't" and said if I did not pay my room key would be blocked! She was so abrupt....... Everyone else was very nice and helpful though, the place is very well looked after and food was great. Shame about the receptionist.
