Bad, just left and did not stay could not call anyone at Booking.com only got to AI.
1.0We walked in and it smelled so bad and grounds and place looked dirty we just left....did not stay, I took the hit because there was no way I would stay there. Very disappointed and when I tried to call Booking.com to see if they had an alternative I could not get through the AI mess. Never got to a real person. I will not be using Booking.com again. I have used you before but this was a hot mess.
