4.0There was cockroaches in my first room, so they moved me to a new room. The new room had black mold on the pillow covers which were replaced. I got sick after sleeping there one day had to move to a different hotel. I've stayed here in the past with no issue. This time was different.

8.0It was pleasant. We were able to check in early no problems, the rooms were ready and beds were comfortable. Downside was narrow hallways and staircases
