6.0Ciao! Fate attenzione al parcheggio, assicuratevi di chiedere prima in reception se hanno convenzioni di parcheggi a pagamento vicini. Molto difficile da raggiungeee in macchina, io l’ho addirittura ammaccata. Inoltre lo sciacquone del bagno va alimentato. in acqua, cioè che c’è una leva da girare per fare entrare acqua e poter tirare lo scarico

10.0Very quiet with exception some loud motorcycles in the street nearby. Oyamado, the care-taker is a very helpful and kind man. Massimo, the owner and Oyamado do a very good job keeping the place in order. The escalator to the Main Street leading to San Lorenzo and restaurants are just 10 seconds away from the Hotel. Very convenient, and close to Perugia Train Station as well. One downside is that there is no elevator, the but the steps are not too many.

8.0Simple, clean and extremely convenient, although that did mean a bit of street noise. Room was perfect for my needs for one night. Very good value overall.
