10.0Beautiful hotel. I stayed in the pool suite and it was well worth the price. I did arrive later at night and had a little difficulty navigating myself to the hotel but their valet service more than made up for it

8.0The air conditioning in my room didn’t cool very well. Some renovations were being made during my stay, but their customer service was great and the breakfast was amazing!
Beautiful but dusty.
4.0Spacious suit
− There was a lot of particles falling from the ceiling. The bad was full of dust. When we ask about that, they said that is normal for a cave room. We ask about this in other hotels , does it happen , they say it's not normal. This could lead to health issues.

10.0I had a great experience at the hotel. It’s a beautiful property with wonderful views of the city and very nice rooms an amenities. The staff was very kind, accommodating, and helpful in arranging laundry services and cheap transportation to/from the airport. Nothing but great things to say about Elika Cave and Suites!
