I really loved the Tropical hotel and the great team. Its so conveniently located at St Jean and I was at the beach every morning. Everyone made me feel very much at home and accommodated my specific requests. The restaurant is fabulous too. Great chef and restaurant staff. Big cheers for housekeeping manager for being so meticulous and helpful. I especially commend Claudia's Colle for his honesty and integrity. I hope to visit again soon. Warmest regards Sally W

el upgrade de habitación que nos hicieron, el desayuno espectacular a la carta, la ubicación al lado de las mejores boutiques y de la maravillosa playa de St Jean, siempre el/la Concierge preocupado/a de nuestras necesidades, la atención personalizada y cariñosa de todo el personal, la ida a buscar y a dejar al aeropuerto, la tranquilidad del lugar para dormir profundamente, el estacionamiento con valet parking gratis, realmente un hotel boutique de 10 estrellas que nos hizo pasar la mejor estadía espectacular en la isla de St Barth

− solamente que uno de los días a la hora del desayuno que tomábamos en la terraza, los jardineros se pusieron a podar las palmeras y las hojas secas de los árboles lo que no fue agradable mientras desayunábamos

The Tropical Hotel is a five-star boutique hotel in Saint-Jean. It has 24 rooms around a lovely garden, where breakfast is served each morning. I was lucky that my room was ready when I arrived shortly after 11 a.m. My room had an outdoor patio, a spacious bedroom, and a private "balcony". (I was on the ground floor, so it was more of an enclosed sitting area than a balcony.) Everyone in the hotel was friendly and helpful. They arranged an island tour and a taxi to Gustavia for me. The valet met me at the ferry terminal and took me back there on my departure day. Housekeeping came by at night with a turn-down service. On another day, I was able to relax by the pool in the morning and had a "Signature Body Massage" in the afternoon. I enjoyed my stay here.

Exceptional Stay with Truly Seamless Service

The hotel is gorgeous, chic, and beautifully designed, but the staff is what truly made our stay exceptional. They completely redefined customer service for us. Every request was handled quickly and effortlessly, and they made the entire experience feel seamless from start to finish. They even helped with reservations and essentially took care of our itinerary, which made our trip so much more enjoyable and stress-free. One thing to note: the hotel is set on a hill, so there is some walking up and down if you opt-out of a taxi ride. For us, it was a small tradeoff for the beautiful setting and overall experience. We absolutely fell in love with St. Barts and can’t wait to book again. Highly recommended!

AMAZING HOTEL!!!

The hotel is simply amazing. The property was absolutely beautiful and well maintained. Prime location as it was walking distance to some of the best beach clubs i.e. Nikki Beach, Sandbar, and Gypsea). Staff was extremely attentive and personable. Never had ro ask for anything twice.

Location!!! The staff was amazing, the rooms clean and comfortable. I loved how dark they are in the morning to sleep in!! Its a great spot for adult couples. Can’t wait to come back!
