10.0Very well taken care of property, obviously well cared for and maintained. Our room was huge. The pool was also clear and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. The only fault I can find is that the breakfast wasn’t very good. Not due to poor preparation or care, I just think the food itself was low quality. One of the better hotels I’ve been in, might be the best hotel in Keystone

6.0There was lumber lying around the outside of the building. There was a dead fly on the nightstand. Overall, it needs an updating and/or refreshing.

2.0We checked in and went to our room; door was on the second floor with outside entrance. We had to dodge all the wasps that were swarming around the door. When we got inside smelled awful and did not look clean. AC was turned on but was not cooling at all. We were in the room about 5 min and in that time 4 wasps stared flying around in the room, not sure where they were coming in. We checked back out and found a different place to stay. Parking is a disaster. I would not recommend staying here. No sure where the pictures of the rooms they have on the web site were taken but sure they were from somewhere else.
