Good, bad, and ugly

I am a diamond member and stay in Hampton all over the country. In this one, I get the room i request nearly every time and it is pretty clean the first night. I always stay 2-3 weeks and the room is not cleaned again after that first night. No bed change. No towels nothing. Even when i complain it doesn’t get done. I dump my own trash and go up front for towels. To summarize its great for a couple of nights but its the worst one i’ve ever been to for extended stay. Oh yeah and the breakfast is terrible. Im giving this one a 3 only because they reserve the room i want.

− The mattress was very firm and more of a full size instead of a Queen size. The toilet was lose in our bathroom and the window in our room was very dirty.
