− The a/c wasn't on when I arrived so unfortunately it took a while for the room to cool down. I wasn't sure if the pool was open or closed and ice machines were broke. Kinda sad because they are so lovely I don't want to complain.
When I arrived I have to wait for an hour for the night manager to show up

− So our room, the wall with the tvs had like 4 outlets on them and none of the outlets in the wall worked.
