10.0I like the fact that this hotel is clean. The pictures are accurate description of the hotel. The reviews reflect the stays that were actual not paid lying reviews. I do pick Spark hotels often. However, I wish that all hotels would be required to upgrade their mattresses to 2026 and have memory foam people with bad backs need better beds, which is most of the world just saying.

2.0cleaning staff did not makeup my room and left garbage unemptied and dirty towels in the room, bed unmade, then acted like i was the problem when i asked them to empty the bin at 10pm. poor location too - freeway noise all night in a rather dodgy part of town.
