8.0I’d like to say a big thank you to Ms Burçin in the customer relations department; she’s very energetic, attentive and helpful.
− Just watch out for one particular waiter: he’s wearing earrings in both ears, and as soon as he realises he won’t be getting a tip from you, he’ll stop paying any attention to you.
