4.0I was disappointed with the property as it’s no longer properly maintained. The sheets and towels were in poor condition, with the towels appearing brownish, and the walls were noticeably dirty

Not so good for a first stay.
6.0One thing that was amazing was the staff...who did all possible to ensure we have a pleasant stay...Jean Pascal, and the other Jean were very supportive. Two things made my stay not so good: internet was weak and i had to buy a mobile router to hold my zoom calls. And the room key system was a failure. I had chosen this Hotel for the first stile for myself and my staff but my staff was so much unpleased that i cannot recommend this for a future stay. Personally, i may still come back because the welcoming, availability and support from the staff.

6.0It was an okay stay for few days. The staff were very nice. Though I think Expedia always picks the worst deals for its customers. I was surprised that breakfast was not included in the booking though I opted for it. With regards to the facilities, the key encoding system went faulty, there seems to be a nightclub nearby making loud noise at night, water pressure was spotty.
