Wonderful overnight stay before a week in Bath.
10.0The member of staff that met us at the bar when we checked in and showed us the property was nice and welcoming. The house keeper was wonderful. She clearly takes great pride in her work, as the holiday home was immaculate. She was also very gracious when it was clear that I had forgotten to request that the sofa bed also be prepared for our visit. The gent on front of house when we checked out this morning and the gardener were also lovely. The gardeners green fingers area a blessing to the outdoor areas, even in his heat . I highly recommend renting the holiday home at Tollgate Inn, it is a beautiful space. It's proximity to Bath is a bonus and those four members of staff made our overnight stay lovely. Forgive me for not catching your names but thank you for you care and kindess. Keep up the great work!

10.0This is a beautiful period building, decorated to modern standards. It was clean and fresh. The staff were lovely. I have nothing negative to say. The room was beautiful and comfortable. The food was delicious.
