Comfortable place if a bit pricey for what we got.
5.0Someone met us at the property when we rang the number (the reception was closed). The property itself was very cosy, the rest of the family enjoyed the stay.
− I messaged the property twice via the booking.com app to try and arrange a check in time but didn't get a response. I rang the evening before we left home and the reception was closed so couldn't arrange a check in time. We altered our arrangements to arrive later in the evening rather than waste time turning up and finding we couldn't get access to the property. I thought the property was expensive for what we got. There wasn't any shower gel in the bathroom and tea/coffee making facilities were poor. The tins looked like they hadn't been cleaned for a while. I think for the price we paid, there could have been a bit more attention to detail.
Lovely friendly place
10.0Easy to find. Clean, tidy and very friendly staff.
− Nothing.
Pleasant and enjoyable
8.0Yes very clean and good Setup
− Could of done with a microwave Or Facility to heat food Or drinks up Also fridge was a noisy at might whilst trying to sleep
Overall, middle for diddle. Great location for us to explore the area and wonderful host.
7.0The room we chose was the only triple as this suited us 3 sisters. It probably wasn’t the best room on the site, the bathroom and kitchen areas could definitely be given a bit of an upgrade. Saying that, the manager Steven was very pleasant, helpful and made a lovely breakfast each morning for us, very hospitable.
− It didn’t feel as clean or roomy as we hoped, there was no wardrobe, just a chest of drawers and hanging space.
