1.0The view from the balcony was the ONLY decent thing about this place.
− The floors were filthy (melted ice cube I dropped, wiped the puddle up with a towel, on tile, towel was black) in the room. The carpet on the balcony was greasy/damp. The coffee maker and few pieces of silverware and mugs to use were never washed from the previous guest(s), food still on them. All surfaces were sticky (all table tops, chairs). The bed mattress was stained and yellow with darker spots on the sides (we did check for bed bugs, did not find any). Sheets were clean, pillow cases clean. That's about it. The toilet in the room was broken and my husband had to fuss with it for about 30 minutes to get it to flush and not keep running. This was hands down the most disgusting place I have ever stayed in my life. No one at the hotel even gave a shit. My husband tried calling the front desk, they put the phone down and never picked back up. Went to the office to complain and they finally handed him a dish rag and dish soap. Zero stars if possible. Pics of the rag from wiping the ice puddle, the floors, the bedside table.
