9.0I loved the rustic charm! The owner and her grandson was absolutely amazing! Friendly people who obviously love what they do! And fun stories. Very clean!
− One thing I’d recommend is to communicate to each other on what’s in your food and inform who has a dietary restriction. So they don’t get sick. I loved the eggs and potatoes though! Otherwise I don’t have much to complain about.
Owner was disinterested and the stay was miserable.
2.0Lovely from the outside. Good location.
− Customer service was terrible. When we arrived the owner was unfriendly (we introduced ourselves and the owner if the inn didn’t bother to introduce herself!). She gave us a very brief tour of the facility and left us to our own devices. The room was cramped, dusty and off the hallway by the front door and across from where breakfast was served, starting at 6:30am! Someone rang the doorbell at 2am, twice. And, although we put out the sign to have the room serviced, it never happened and we had no clean towels. We left a message on the after hours line (after hours was after 6pm) and the owner never responded.

9.0Very close to the historic parts of downtown Charlottetown. Parking on site. Very friendly staff. Good breakfast where you get the chance to connect with other guests. Room was clean. Lots of hidden amenities including a wonderful porch off the second floor.
− Mattress on the bed was old. Felt like I was sleeping on a Victorian mattress.

8.0Beautiful home - very clean, spacious, and convenient parking; fantastic location; staff were very friendly; breakfasts were tasty and appreciated having access to ice and filtered water.
− A/C in the room didn’t work but the fan did, which was sufficient. The tv wouldn’t connect so we weren’t able to watch it. Remote batteries were low also (called but no resolution)
