10.0施設全体も部屋もとてもきれいで居心地が良かったです。お部屋は広く、露天風呂のスペースも普通のお部屋分ぐらいあり開放感があって最高でした。アメニティが全てOsajiで統一されていたのも良かったです。またお料理も野菜中心でどれも丁寧に調理されており本当に美味しかったです。次は絶対に連泊したいです。
A special place
10.0The greatest retreat from the hectic streets of Tokyo, Osaka and Kyoto. After all those cities we came to this hotel in Minakami and never wanted to leave. We had the best time here. The people working at this hotel were always attentive and ready to help us with more than we could ask for and we hope to be back soon.

10.0This was a great experience to enjoy a hot springs Ryokan the staff was very detail oriented and very friendly. Dinner was an amazing experience. Had a private onsen in the room and spent much time in there at night listening to the light rain and enjoying the hot water relax and heal my body.
