− 隔音稍微比較差一點，但房客都很優秀晚上沒有聽到吵鬧聲，只是睡午覺會被腳步聲吵醒，但整體都很滿意

附近有全家便利商店，出差臺東專科學校的好選擇。老闆很愛惜地板，也會盡量保持乾淨，建議行李手提上樓。
8.0室內及室外環境都乾淨
− 一樓餐桌的椅子有點難坐，早餐男生可能會感覺不夠。
