This was fine but if I had to go to downtown Seattle again I would choose another hotel.
7.0The room was comfortable and clean, and the location was excellent. We did not use the pool but it looked pretty good.
− The food was not very good -- we only ate breakfast there once and then we avoided it afterwards. The gym was okay but not great.
“ Lids” at the front desk
10.0Wonderful customer service. I accidentally booked the wrong reservation and ended up at the wrong hotel. The front desk young lady her name was “Lids “ she was wonderful. She helped us and made it happen. She took great care of us.
