4.0Very small room.. But willing to stay. But no TV service or Internet .. Booked for 2 nights.. asked if I could just stay 1 and get refund for 2nd. they say No.. because I used expedia... So I left immediately.. took the Loss.. Oh well.. found a nice room near by.

8.0Stayed here several times when passing through Dumaguete. Nice open air breezeway. Short walk to Rizal, 7-11 across the park. Got a room with two beds, both the room and the bathroom were large, good aircon and tv. No breakfast resto anymore, but there is a new coffee shop in lobby with Filipino foods. Siren nearby went off twice around 9 & 10 pm after I was asleep👎
