6.0No geral o quarto apresentava mínimas condições, cama pouco confortável, limpeza regular precisando uma melhorar o banheiro, principalmente box onde encontrava-se com mofo, ducha inadequada, banheiro com pouca ventilação. O quarto apresentava cheiro de mofo, precisando ser arejado diáriamente. Alguns funcionários da recepção desinformados, faltando simpatia ao realizar atendimento. Circulação de animais domésticos (pitbul) sem fucinheira salientando que trata-se de um animal que traz risco aos demais hóspedes,e transitando no elevador social, acreditamos que cães de pequeno porte possam ser recebidos mas orientados a utilizarem o elevador de serviço.Café da manhã muita variedade e pouca qualidade.
